We make every effort to process your order in 24-48 business hours. After your order is placed, you can expect to receive it within 2-7 business days. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer expedited shipping methods. 

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns at this time. Please be aware that all items are final sale.

 

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges.

 

DAMAGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not refund damaged items unless the item is out of stock. We only replace exact product and shade that is damaged. We require a picture of the damaged item sent to hello@huellabeauty.com within 24 hours of receipt. Please email image of damaged product and delivery box.
